Our Team will work with each company to setup a tailored equity participation solution fit for their corporate structure. 
“Ownership Onboarding” Educational Sessions
Our Team will provide educational sessions that provide employees with an education on equity value, your business plan and how performance measures are used as indicators for progress. 
Financial Literacy Content
Our Team will enable access to web-based financial literacy programs as well as resources to evaluate the broader set of tax-advantaged savings and retirements programs offered in the U.S. and Canada. 
Domestic technical talent training & Apprenticeship programs
Altaline works with each portfolio partner company to setup technical training and apprenticeship programs for licensed service professionals, software engineers or other technical staff.
We believe these programs are important investments in the communities with which our portfolio partner companies operate – and are integral parts of our commitment to building businesses that become beacons of hope and opportunity.
Setting Up Direct Lines with Local Educational Institutions
Our Team will support direct engagement with local universities, technical colleges and community colleges to setup a pipeline of talent from which our partner companies can identify candidates. 
Support with Funding & College Credit Programs
Our Team will help align programming with requirements set by local institutions to allow for college credit. We will also structure internships or apprenticeships to comply with work-study programs as well as matching grant programs. 
Experience Management for Interns & Apprentices
We will provide support and guidance to partner company employees on how to effectively provide skills training to young people, cues to drive engagement and tactics to balance giving meaningful assignments while managing reliance on early career interns and apprentices.
